I am a Registered Dietitian currently based in Florida, with deep roots in Jamaica where I grew up. My journey began in the U.S. Army, where I served as a Cook and discovered my passion for nutrition. The Army also gave me one of life’s greatest gifts: I met my husband during training, and together we’ve raised three amazing sons.
After earning my bachelor’s from the University of Northern Colorado, master’s from Central Michigan University, and Doctorate from the University of Kansas Medical Center, I‘ve spent my career working in Military Treatment Facilities, Civilian Trauma Centers, and Long-term care—gaining valuable experience in health and wellness.
Over the years, I began to experience the same challenges and dismissive advice I had often seen given to patients: “It’s just part of getting older,” or “eat less and exercise more.” I knew how frustrating and isolating it feels to be told to “just deal with it” when your body no longer responds the way it used to.
My experience inspired me to create Coral Crest Nutrition and The Rebalance Program – A space where evidence-based care meets compassion, designed to go beyond generic advice and address the root causes of challenges like weight gain, insulin resistance, fatigue, and hormone imbalance.
My approach is practical, compassionate, and evidence based. I focus on helping people rebalance their hormones, improve metabolism and digestion, improve blood sugar levels, and build sustainable lifestyle habits for sustainability—without restrictive diets or unrealistic routines.

I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer who is passionate and dedicated to helping people build their dream physiques and become the strongest versions of themselves - both physically and mentally. With a passion for fitness and deep understanding of effective training, I create personalized programs that deliver real, sustainable results.
Whether your goal is to gain muscle, lose fat, improve performance, or simply feel more confident in your body, I provide the guidance, accountability, and motivation you need to succeed. My mission is simple: to help you unlock your potential, build the body you've always wanted, and develop the discipline that lasts a lifetime.

- Each week you’ll have a short video, downloadable resources, and one or two action plans
- By the end, you’ll have a clear plan for changing your habits to support weight loss, improves insulin sensitivity, and support hormonal changes
- You will also have weekly, monthly 1:1, and monthly group calls
- You will have access to my Dietitian Created Recipes Through the Interactive Meal Planning Tool
- You will have the opportunity to work with a Certified Personal Trainer who will create personalized workout plans to match your goals and fitness level
